SMS Consent Process

Users opt in during account registration within the Bar Hero mobile application. The opt-in process requires:

1. The user enters their mobile phone number.
2. The user is presented with a standalone SMS consent checkbox that is not pre-selected.
3. The user must actively check the consent box before continuing.
4. The user taps "Continue."
5. Bar Hero sends a one-time verification code to the provided phone number.

Bar Hero sends only transactional messages related to:

• Account verification
• Authentication codes
• Security alerts
• Account access confirmation

Bar Hero does not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messaging.

SMS Disclosure

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Bar Hero regarding account verification and security. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

5. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third party/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information with the following service providers solely to operate the platform:

6. Location Information

Bar Hero uses location information to:
